Wall Finishes
:The interior surface is finished with high quality putty and painted with emulsion paint. The exterior surface is finished with exterior emulsion paint. The exterior surface includes the internal side of the balcony & stilt area.
Doors :The lobby area to be provided with a highly secured power operated lock. The main entrance door to be in solid teak wood adorned with designer locks, handles and fittings of latest design. The bedroom and kitchen doors to be framed in teak wood with double side teak flush shutter adorned with designer fittings of latest design. The bathroom door to be framed in teak wood with one side teak flush shutter adorned with designer fittings of latest design. All doors except bathroom doors to be finished with melamine polish on both sides whereas bathroom door to be finished with melamine polish on the external side and waterproof paint on the internal side. All finishing work to be done with proper putty.
:The UPVC windows will be provided along with steel grills for security. The grills to be painted with superior quality paints, with proper putty wherever required.
:The entire building area including staircases to be floored using high quality granite with proper skirting wherever required.

The parking lot area to be floored using good quality pavement blocks.
:Bathrooms to be floored using high quality granite with glazed ceramic tile dado up to ceiling level.
